The supporting ring B. The rotary shaft is made of parts 9 and 10, one of which (9) is connected to the drive. Each of the shaft parts is welded to the frame element 6. The non-drive shaft part 10 is installed in the bearing housing 11 by means of the bearing 12, wherein the bearing housing is integral with the valve housing 1. In the shaft part 10, an axial channel 13 is provided for supplying the purge medium to the closure member. A duct 13 is connected to an annular distribution tube 15 by means of a T tube. The ring 8 is made in the form of a multilayer, for example, a copper-asbestos gasket placed in the recess of the disk 3 and pressed with the tension ring 16. In the center of the sealing element there is a ring groove 17 and in the locking organ are channels 18 and 19, through which the groove 17 is in communication with the radial branch pipes 20 outgoing from the annular distribution tube 15. Starting from the position at which the damper is closed (Fig. 1), the purge medium in the form of steam is supplied under pressure from the source through the channel 13, the tube to the tube 15 and then passes further through the nozzles 20, the channels 18 and 19 to the groove 17 and the contacting surface m between the ring 8 and the saddle 7, where steam can go in any direction from the disc valve, because the vapor pressure is higher than the pressure of the medium in the blocked pipeline. When opening the damper, first turn off the steam supply, and then open the damper with a rotating shaft. When the valve is closed, the operations are performed in the reverse sequence — the valve is first closed, and then the communication between the source of the purge medium and the purge system is opened. The technical and economic efficiency of the invention is enhanced. reliability of the device.
